Freakfest is the City of Kwinana’s annual youth festival that attracts up to 2000 young people throughout the day. With skate/scooter/BMX competitions, live music, games, art activities, a chill out zone and a girls tent there really is something for every young person to be involved in on the day! This year’s Freakfest is shaping up to be bigger than
ever so make sure you grab a mate and come down to be a part of the fun.

Harmony Week offers the chance to celebrate our cultural diversity. Throughout the week there will be heaps of activities and events that you can be a part of! Make sure you keep an eye out for updates on Harmony week in the near future.
Every year thousands of young people all around Australia take part in various events, activities, workshops and programs that celebrate the value of young people to our communities. This will be no different in 2015 with a stack of opportunities already being explored for young people
from Kwinana to take part in and the annual LyriK Awards Ceremony will also scheduled to be held during this week of celebrating young people!
